    •  Opening hours: Tuesday – Sunday from 18:00 – 23:30 hrs. with last seating at 20:45 hrs.
    •  All guests must select the same number of courses. This ensures that our guests receive perfectly harmonious service.
    •  Two experiences offered: Le Grand Bouquet Discovery by Chef Thierry Drapeau
          ✿ 8 courses: THB 5,800++ per person
          ✿ 5 courses: THB 4,800++ per person
    •  Reservation postponement accepted with 24-hour notice.
    •  Advance notice required for dietary accommodations (gluten-free, nut-free, vegan).
    •  All booked guests must be present to start dining.
    •  Recommended dining time: 2 to 2.5 hours.
    •  Consider traffic delays; table held for 20 minutes past reservation time.
    •  Beverage pairing available:
          ✿ 8-course menu: THB 3,900++
          ✿ 5-course menu: THB 3,200++
    •  Corkage fee for bringing own wine: THB 2,000++ per bottle, limited to one bottle for two diners, max two bottles per reservation.
    •  No outside liquor permitted; children under 7 not admitted, 7-10 years old offered 3-course menu for THB 2,500++.
